By registering for or using SeedlingsFarm.com (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

SeedlingsFarm.com is a marketplace that connects plant nurseries with growers and buyers. The Platform allows nurseries to list their plant varieties and inventory, and enables growers to discover, browse, and book plants from nurseries across India.

SeedlingsFarm.com acts solely as an intermediary. We are not a party to any transaction between a nursery and a grower, and we do not own, store, or ship any plants.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Nursery accounts are subject to review and approval before becoming publicly visible on the Platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Nursery Listings & Inventory

• Nurseries are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and available stock.
• All plant varieties listed must comply with applicable agricultural regulations in India.
• Nurseries must not list prohibited, restricted, or fraudulently described plant material.
• SeedlingsFarm.com may remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

5. Bookings & Orders

• Booking requests submitted through the Platform are subject to confirmation by the respective nursery.
• SeedlingsFarm.com does not guarantee the availability of any listed plant or the fulfilment of any booking.
• Payment terms, delivery arrangements, and any disputes regarding quality or quantity are exclusively between the grower and the nursery.
• SeedlingsFarm.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from a transaction between users.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without our written consent.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SeedlingsFarm.com — including the name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to SeedlingsFarm.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission. Content you upload (such as nursery photos) remains yours; by uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data only as necessary to operate the Platform and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedlingsFarm.com makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any nursery listing or user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeedlingsFarm.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
